well what can i say I just graduated culinary school with a bachelor's degree from the C.I.A in NewYork. i just recently just moved to waukesha wisconsin because i wanted to be closer to my family.I plan to move to south beach by winter and work down there. i love to cook, play and watch sports, hang with friends and family, lift weights, run,listen to music,play poker. Those are some of the the things that come to mind. Oh ya NotreDame football is my greatest passion of all. Sometimes i think i bleed blue and gold.

i listen to everything from 80's rock to rap. some of my favorites are davemathews band, the game, T.I,huey lewis, poison, fifty cent. I know its weird list but it depends on what kind of mood im in.
