Hello. My name is, Denny. I am sincere, genuine, simple, easy going & easy to get along with. I love laughter & love to see people smile. I practice mindfulness & meditation, as I develop philosophies on life, and a way to live it. I choose how I want to feel. I understand that, emotion is a chemical reaction in our body's. so I do not allow people, or situations, to control how I want to feel. if I am not joyous and happy, then I am stoic, & solemn. although, I can be at times sarcastic in my communication, and once in awhile, politically incorrect & darkly humorous. Most times I am care & worry free, except in matters of the heart. with age comes understanding. and I understand how short life is, and can be. you can learn from, but not change the past. tomorrow is uncertain and can change in a heartbeat. the only true place to live, is for today. I'm a giver who treats people how I would like to be treated, not how you decide to treat me. and once I get to know you, I will treat you, how you want to be treated. I am respectful. I understand that, strong relationships are give and take in equal measures. there's much more to me, as I know there is to you. and there's joy in the finding.
