Mental Health Awareness is very important to me, so I hope I can use any platform I have to help spread awareness! Mental Health is so important people, take care of it! Your mental health is just as important as your physical health. Your physical health needs your mental health healthy and vice versa. They need each other to stay balanced. In order to have a healthy body, you need to have a healthy mind.

I am a psychology major with an interest in mental health basically for my own personal reason but to help others.
