There is no Dreams...you know...there is a piss puddle of greed speeding throughout the world! I want to make a promise to you...I don't know if I can fulfill it tomorrow or even the day after that..I put the bastards of this world on notice...that I do not have their interest at heart! I will try and speak for the lost and the least of these...the people with no voice...that is my promise...and It will be a voice made of ink full of rage...Tjr.








My hope is our conversations model a way to conduct a public disagreement over serious and central issues that will inspire others to do the same thing. My hopes are that from this type of chat we will further the progress of helping both Christian and non-Chirstians, and especially to those uncertain of what brackets they belong to, and from a conversation grapple with different points of view they might otherwise have dismissed without serious thought. I am hoping most of all that we can come to a conclusion that ends in a smile. Even if we can not reach agreement, we are satisfied without any misunderstandings that neither has misrepresented the other. We come to celebrate sharing thoughts in friendship, faith, and scholarship.


Any organism is able to focus on its own needs, but humanity has the ability to look beyond to the needs of others, including other individuals, other societies and the planet as a whole. Unfortunately, the nature of humanity is that we sometimes fail to meet the obligation to look beyond our own needs. In this way we fall short of the very nature of our desires. Thus as humans we have a need for divine grace to remind us to look beyond our own needs. We have done nothing to deserve this grand gift given to humanity. In fact most of the time, we fall short of doing what is good and just.


History has shown that during times like these we as a nation matured into something new and exciting. I say to you, the time is now to face our challenge with courage and wisdom.



Remember the greatest of challenges in policy throughout the history of our country such as, abolition of slavery, equal right of woman, to the civil rights movement, we have always questioned values when it comes to the forming and reforming of all civil rights of the people. It is through these questions that the changes were offered and benefited all as a result. I understand change is difficult during times of uncertainty and can be very scary, but the benefits for all can only result when we promote hope over fear--Troy L. Thomas, Jr.
