ok so this my blog,to stsrt with Im a shitty speller so just over look any misspelling.Ok first of all my name is Ben I am a 34 year old singel full time father of 3 great kids ill put picks up of them later on,ive got no whife cause she desided that she was not happy in the relationship and left me with nothing but the kids.when i was ten years old my father killed my 12 year olde sister and smacked me in the head with an iron skillit and stabed me 6 times and left me for dead so if you are ever wondering why i say some off the wall shit just rember life made me this way.but thats enugh of the bad stuff,on to the good,after my x left I desided to change myself for the better so at the time I was at about 400 lb (and that was 3 years back )so my uncle got me to walk everyday so i could loose some weight and now i am happy to say that i no longer am 400lbs im now at 245 and still going and i dont walk any more now i run anywhere from 3-6 mi.a day .so that is just about everything interesting about me if you want to know anything elts dont be scared to ask.I might wright mor later so see you in the funny papers.
