Recently I got the notice where it is time for my son's annual meeting at school, to let us know where he is at, and all that. It's the same thing b0every year. Every year, I tell them I need it first thing in the morning, or the last appointment, because I work an hour away from his school, and a middle of the day meeting means i have to take the whole day off.
Of course, this year it is at 1130. My ex wife already called and confirmed she'd make it, so don't change it. She's taking a vacation day, and spending the day down for it. She lives an hour and a half away.
Soooooo...
A) Send an email, saying she'll be there, let me know if anything has changed from last year. And deal with the ex, and her snotty comments.
or
B) Take a vacation day, get told the same thing I was last year, and let her bitch at me for other things
