I have often thought that with my ample amount of spare time I should spend more time devoted to my body. I just do not want to end up all musclefied and end off being unsexy because I am grotesquely fit. so I guess my question is...should Guys spend more time working on their physical fitness or should they devote that time to bettering themselves in other ways?
