Recently a grandma in my neighborhood was convicted of homocide by
child neglect. She is accused of murdering her 17 month old grandson
who was temporarily in her care. She currently sits in jail awaiting
sentence. The state of South Carolina has a bad wrap for under punishment
of its criminals. Currently she is lookin at 20 years in prison. That is some crazy justice! Do you think that is a fair sentence for her crime? |
