People talk about it all the time, I always thought it was bogus. Last week, I decided to stop drinking coffee in the AM, and stop drinking coca cola and other soda with the 'addictive drug' in the afternoon...
I was fine for a few days, but on sunday I started getting massive headaches. So much for it being bogus...
My question is, is this REALLY that bad (in your un professional opinion of course) should I continue to deal with these headaches and not enjoy the caffeine or should I just go have a cup of freaking coffee and feel better?
I'm apparently at my breaking point :P |
