I've always been a pretty happy positive person when it comes to my work, and always strive to be that way...
Do you believe that those around you with ALOT of negativity can cause you to be a downer then?
I feel as if I am being brought down and not being the person I want to be at work...
Make up my mind,
DO I tell the ones that are bringing me down that i don't want to hear it anymore, although i know they basicly just need to vent.
Or do I just listen and be a good friend to them, since they seem to need it? |
