Ok, so I show up to work tonight and I find out that for the next two weeks I have to work with my boss... now typically this is no big deal, except now he is GRILLING me on EVERYTHING going on during the audit shift at my hotel. He wants my personal opinions on staff outside of the work place, complaining about people's requests for the schedule, he is telling me he feels like everyone is constantly picking on him behind his back (which they are, sadly)... etc, etc, etc.
I don't really feel right discussing other people's personal lives with him especially since it doesn't pertain to the work environment... in fact most of the things he has been talking to me about I find highly unprofessional. I am also worried because he has fired 3 people in the last week (hence how I am stuck working with him) because of disagreements between the staff member and himself.
So any advice on how to handle it? Should I just smile and nod and let him ramble? Or cut in and say that he is making me feel uncomfortable?
