I have had sever depression since I was in 7th grade. I have taken medication (which I didnt take as best I could), and had counselling. None of these have worked for me, maybe because I dont really trust it or my heart isnt it, who knows.
Now my question:
Do you believe that with medication, and counselling the anyone can get over depression? Or does it just depend on the person/situation?
P.S. Sorry for the serious mumm, just one of those days, haha. |
