| Ok, so Friday night my ex approached me with his gf/cousin on his arm,knowing i'm not ready to see them together. Unknowingly I walked by her car while looking for mine as I was lost in the Walmart parking lot. I have my son due to the fact we are going to a birthday party. I get a call at the party saying I keyed her car. The officer said he had me on tape walking past her car. I didn't know it was her car and I think if I was going to do it and with cams around I'd make it count. So what should I do, fight it or not. It was late and I didn't want to get arrested and was tired so I said I'd get it fixed, though I don't have the money, just work at a dealership. I didn't key her car and I know I didn't, but the cop was so rude as was my ex so I just caved, but didn't sign anything. Now if they have me on tape walking past that's no proof that I did it right. So should I fight it or just give in and pay? |
