Hi everyone! I am in the process of trying to get disability. I filed in August of 09, and will be seeing the lawyer next week. I am not really so much worried about getting it as I am WHEN I WILL GET IT? Anyway my question to you all, after it is determined that you havee a disability that keeps you from doing what you did for a living at one time, how long generally does it take. I know that they pay back pay upt to 12 months. Any advise would be appreciated greatly! Thanks Fubar friends..  |
