I live on the second floor of a 3 story apartment building. It is 3 pm here.
I appreciate the normal quiet during the day,but within the last two months, we were lucky enough to recieve new upstairs neighbors. We were patient the first month or so with their excessive noise, figuring it was moving noises. 2 weeks ago, we finally got tired of the boxes being dropped at 2 am, and the loud movies at 3, and mentioned it to the office. They stopped.
Now we hear them pacing sometimes at 2-3 AM, and I figure they may have a baby and be rocking it back to sleep, but they're pounding again now. Would you complain again, even if a lot of it is during the day? |
