So if someone "dies" and lots of people are sad and suffering because of it, then 3 weeks later they come back like nothing happened, shouldn't that person apologize to all of the people who were crying over him/her? Even if he/she claims to have a good reason for why he/she did it?

Does it matter his/her reason? Shouldn't he/she have to apologize just for Causing People's Suffering?
