Last month, i was substained a shoulder injury from work, and have been out of work since. Going to therapy 3x a week, back and forth to dr's, have all kinds of test done, to find out that I have nerve damage.
Now the question is, since my boss is fighting the workman's comp and doesn't want to pay, should I go after her for more then just my lost wages, or should I just settle for lost wages?
They are denying all medical bills also, am in constant pain day in and day out...
had to obtain a lawyer just to try to get my wages.
What should I do? |
