I have a friend that went to a wedding in hawaii. On the way back from hawaii the airline went backrupt and dropped them off in Las Vegas. The air line put all the passengers in a hotel, but hasn't said anything about how they are to get back home. My friend lives in Atlanta, Ga.
Should he buy a plane ticket from another airline or wait it out?
I figure it's going to be useless to sue a bankrupt airline so if he buys a ticket on his own, he's not going to get his money back.
