Last year my Wife and I stayed at the Ramada Inn. The first room we couldn't get into the lock was stuck. So they put us in another room. That room the heated didn't work so they placed us in a third room. Well this year we booked the same hotel forgetting the name of the hotel that we stayed at last year. (Daughter in travel soccer league so we couldn't think if it was the same place as last year because we travel every other weekend) So this year we booked a non smoking room. We got in the room everything was unplugged except the refrigerator which had left over frozen soda in it. Table was broken, wireless service sucked, then when you did get some kind of signal it wouldn't let you connect to the Internet. Why have the service if you can't use it. then when we rolled down the sheets under the bed there was a used ash tray with cig. buts still in it. We filed a complaint the next morning. All they did was take off $25 off the bill. I want to write to Ramada Corp. about the visit. My wife thinks it's a waste of time. So my question is ........
Should I still write a complaint to the company and see what happens or should I leave it be and never go back again? |
