| OK so my husband and i decided to buy a house and we have looked at several of them and got it down to 2 houses. he wants one that is smaller costs more and needs a little work. the one i want is MUCH bigger costs less and only needs the bathtub and floor in the laundry room replaced. and with my house the seller is willing to fix these problems and include our closing costs in the price so we would have to have no money down.so my question is should i put my foot down about the house i want or give into him because his house needs less work done. |
