Well, many of you may have seen my previous MUMMs about my neighbors complaining about my noise. If not, here is a quick rundown. My neighbors were complaining about me being noisey and no matter how quiet I was they kept complaining. I even had a bunch of complaints during a weekend that I wasn't even home.

Now, I've been completely silent. I have headphones for my music and I don't turn my TV on. I talked to my building manager to see if there were any complaints and she said not to worry about it anymore. She's going to take care of the people complaining and I can turn my TV on again. She's said this to me before and then turned around and sent me nasty notes about my noise.

The question is: should I trust her this time?
