I was hurt a little over two years ago at work and was on worker's comp for breaking my ankle in two different places. After surgery the doctor released me to return to work. Woker's comp said that my case would stay open for ever incase I had future problems with it. I never could return to the same kind of work because of it. Now, im having problems with it again. Is there a time limit that you can sue a company for being hurt on the job? If anybody knows anything about this please let me know.
So to make this a mumm...should if I can still sue them, should I? |
