First, thanks for ur time in reading this mumm. I have something on my mind and heart that is bothering me. I took early retirement due to health problems and will be be taking a huge cut in pay in June. I have a small dog whom i love more than life and she will be taken care of before i worry about my own needs and while i am not rich by any means, my life is richer with her in it. I would take a bullet for my dog if it came down to it for she gives me unconditional love. I read bout other pets who are starved, beaten or abused and it rips my heart out. How could anyone allow this to happen? Animals are so dependent upon us to help them. I wish i could afford to adopt them all but i cant. Pets can give us unconditional love when others cant or won't, am i wrong to care so much? If ur a pet owner, hopefully u will understand i would give my last dollar to help save one. Would u be compassionate enough to adopt a pet or give a small donation to help save the life of just one animal? If everyone on fu gave just one dollar a month to spare the life of an abused or unwanted animal would u? We can all buy blings, cigs, drinks, food, etc. but can we be caring enough to help just one animal have a good home or food or meds for one day? Pls support ur local animal shelter by adopting or making a small donation of what u can and give hope and a life to a needy animal. Am i crazy for caring so much for those who cant help themselves? If all of us could do something to spare the life of just one, wouldnt it be worth it? Would u agree with me that we all could do some small thing to help a pet have a better quality of life? After all, we get back unconditional love and gratefulness from them. God will surely reward u for ur kindness and u can feel good about urself that u made a different. Am i nuts for bringing this up or is this a good cause to bring to the attention of others? Thank you for ur time, pls vote/comment and God bless u always!
