| I have a follow up interview today at 4 o'clock. It is a step up from my Director of Nursing position, but it is an Assistant Administrator job and not an Administrator. I like the position I am in, but I went to school to better myself.... do I take the position if it is offered and the pay is substantially higher or do I stay where I am at and hold out for an Administrator position. |
