i have this job that is fun to work at sometimes
but i took the production manager position and it sucks now i have had to lay off some of my friends which ok but i put in alot of hours over the weekend and still did not even have a chance to get the job done had 1 guy come in with me did everything i could to make it work and put on my welding hood and went to work
so this morning i talked to my boss and says he wants to think about if he is going to fire me or not
i gave up all the time i could spend with my family and he wants to fire me
should i just quit and find a real job
or should i just see what happens
