I have this dissagreement many times with my brother. I think you should be on a normal sleep schedule, say you go to be at midnight and wake up at 8. You do this on a constant basis and you start to feel better and its easier to wake up in the morning. This is my point of view. He thinks he need to sleep all day just to feel normal but yet he persists on saying he feels like shit all the time. He's healthy according to a recent physical. No weird problem that would cause him to feel crappy. Am I just blowing hot air up his ass by saying he should get into a sleep routine or am I right? |
