| my ex wife wants me to send her money all the time for our children , she didnt go after me for child support on the agreement that i helped her out when ever she needed somthing for the kids. well this has worked for for ahwile now but she asking for more money every month. says its for bills that keep a roof over my kids heads. now mind u she drives a brand new 07 colbalt , has a good job and is going to collage . i dont have a prob taking care off my kids at all , what im asking is should i keep giving her more money or take this to court and have a set payment ordered by a judge ? |
