My upstairs neighbor has been pounding on his floor for the past couple of nights because of my music being loud. My music is not loud. I can't even hear it from across the room.
Now, what I really want to do is go up there and hit them with a shovel. But, that's illegal. So, instead, should I complain to the apartment building manager or just call the police for a noise violation?
P.S. They just turned their TV off (I can hear it over my music) and I can also hear them have loud sex on ocassion. Their music wakes me up during the day (it's so loud I can hear the lyrics) and they stomp around all night. |
