So I found out I have low blood sugar. Which basically sucks. The doc told me I can't eat ANY SUGAR OR CAFFIENE. I don't know what I'm going to do. On top of that I can't go more than 4 hours without eating during the day or else I get really hungry and feel like I'm going to pass out. Also, feel free to give me your personal experiences with low blood sugar if you know anything about it
So should I stop eating sugar(to include white flour) and caffiene and deal with not feeling well....or should i just party like a rock star and fight through the tiredness? |
