A HALLOWEEN warning:

The spirits are coming and they are after your soul.

The spirits want to remain and they can only if you show them your fear....

It's up to each of us how and if we want others in our lives. And it's a friendship when both are wanting to share time with the other. That works only if it works both ways. But we must always allow others be who they are and accept whoever that is without wanting to change them.

I am not in a big rush for a serious relationship, but I wouldn't rule it out either. If I were to consider it I would want someone who shares as much of my interests as possible. I feel the more we have in common the better our chances. Although compromise can be important the less we need to compromise the less we would lose of our respective selves. I would like to share my life with someone who can laugh at herself as well as at me. Someone who feels there is nothing more important then our relationship and each other. Someone who looks as forward to seeing me at the end of what we need to do (work, shopping or chores or spending time with other friends) as I do her. As I am, she should be very romantic, passionate, affectionate and adventurous. Monogamy is extremely important and so is trust. She must love life and be happy with her self, with who she is. She should be able to speak her mind and stand up for herself. We both should always know we can count on each other. I want to walk our path hand in hand sharing the adventure, where ever it may lead us, our way, never letting go.
In other words, life can be to hard to keep trying if it isn't working so it better be important enough and wanted enough, by both, to try, try again.

Basically I enjoy what nature has to offer. I love being around water. I like walking through the woods and feeling the fresh air surround me. I like what is natural and real.. The same goes for people and especially friends. I find a lie is harder to remember then the truth and I will offer the truth even if you don't like the answer, even if it makes me look bad. And, I tend to go by what and how I feel even though my work takes me to the logical. That has always worked for me when I use it.

A Feeling
Sometimes I look and I get this feeling
But its meaning is totally unrevealing

I keep reading but I do not see.
What is it trying to say to me?

I try to ignore it, sometimes that works.
Life sure has its mysterious quirks.

You see, much of the time these feelings I have met
Precede an occurrence I should have made bet.

Not understanding is what makes it intense.
The source of these feelings must be mighty immense.

But I'll keep hoping I'll see
Just what these feelings have in store for me.
Just think what the possibilities could be.
