Where have they gone? I have worked waiting tables on and off for years now, and some of you would not believe the things I've seen.
I know that there are a select few of you who actually do teach your children manners and to be polite. But WTF is wrong with some people?
I've seen parents drinking down a bottle of wine and letting their kids run rampid tripping the waitstaff, leaning over booths into other people's food, knocking things over, and my absolute favorite, letting the kids skate around the restaurant on those damn skate shoes.
Since when is this behavior okay? I would've gotten my azz beat! (Not literally, but I would've been threatened with it!)
So, my question is this: Do you think that there are waaaay too many dumb parents out there who need a lesson in manners themselves before they should be allowed to continue pro-creation? |
