So I have recently found out that I'm training a new guy who is getting paid as much as I am. When I brought it to my manager, he said not to worry about it. Well they have gone through a recent changing of the guards at the top positions. My manager is scheduled to leave within the month as well. I've decided to take it straight to the new big boss but I'm not sure how my approach should be. Should I go with that I've been working there a year and list all my responsiblities or point out that I'm getting paid as much as the new guy and that I think I deserve a raise. If I don't get what I want should I give my 2 week notice? |
