I like to maintain that I am just your average guy next door, willing to help out where I can. Ihave served my time in the Army and I have recently gone back to college to study machining. Am interested in all types of people but the people who are real and do not try to put on a show catch my attention the most. I have two kids and a rather basic life style. When I tell people that I was in the Army, they ask if I was part of 9/11 and this is what I tell them:

I remember the day very well.. I was in the Army doing some training at Redstone Arsenal in Alabama when the word came through that the first tower was hit.. We all thought it was a joke at first. A TV was brought in just as the second one was hit. Within 10 minutes, we were on total lock down, no one in or out. Command told us all to call our families and assure them that no other immediate action was being taken. Within the next year I was at Fort Carson in Colorado when word came dow that it was time to deploy! Sadly, I could not go due to medical reasons. I lost 4 good, close personal friends in the effort to get those responsible.. No, I will never forget!
