I have a 7 year old greyhound (sandy),you couldn't ask for a better dog. Perfect with children, loves people, greets everyone tail wagging. If you look at her and say "BOO" she would run off hidding with her tail between her legs.
Everyone knows are dog. We haven't put her on a leash to go potty outside since we rescued her almost a year ago.She flat out won't go potty if you have her on a walking leash. City and County cops have stopped by and never said one thing to us about her not being on a leash when she's outside with us. They just pat her on the head and tell her she's a good girl.
Now we're getting ready to move out of our apartment we've never been late on a payment, the only time we saying is when somethings wrong and all of the sudden the apartment manager is saying that she's going to fine us if she sees our dog outside without a leash on. Theres nothing in our lease saying our dog has to be on a leash.
So my question is:
Is our apartment manager just being a bitch or we should have Sandy on a leash? |
