Does anyone else think that sometimes these shows (Nashville Star and American Idle) are waaaaay more about who is hot that they can market then they are about who is actually talented?

For anyone who watches Nashville Star I love Angela Hacker's voice. She can really sing, and I'm afraid that that blonde bimbo who said herself that some songs just have "too many chords"! is going to win because she's got blonde hair and a hot a$$.

Does anyone else find this just sickening???
