| First I want to say thank you for the overwhelming response to my mumm from last night! The support help tremendously. So I have stopped smoking (7 days now) and I have heard a number of tips from ex smokers. I have had people tell me that chewing on straws has helped them and then others say since ciggs are an appetite suppressant that celery or carrots worked. What should I try? I want to try to do this without patches or nic gum. |
