I've been in the same field for 22 years. Recently, I interviewed for a totally different job out of curiosity. Unwittingly, I was a hit and an offer is on the table.

The question is:

Is $10k more and learning a new field worth it?

or

Should I stay where I'm at in a field I'm comfortable in and have great working relationships.

Either way, I keep tenure and benefits as its within the same company.
