mum expired. [EVERYONE]

My friend was in the Corps for about 2 years. He got out for health issues and so forth. He misses the corps but was hazed many times before he left the corps because he was not up to standards because of his health. He STILL wants to be considered a Marine even with that treatment!

I want to advise him on how to address his future questions from people.

Should I tell him:

Once a Marine Always a Marine

or

Not a Marine
