bit of background...i have a 5 year old son who lives in Ohio with his dad (my ex husband). when we got divorced, I couldn't take care of myself, let alone my son, so I voluntarily gave him custody and agreed to pay child support (600 a month which I am up to date on)...my ex won't let me talk to him when I call, and tells him that I'm worthless and don't love him anymore. I moved to California with my new husband when he got stationed here (he's a Marine) and my ex accused me of abandoning our son. Now he's asking me to give up my parental rights so they can move on with their lives. The thought of never seeing my son again brings tears to my eyes, but maybe it would be better for him in the long run...
so I ask you....
A.) let him go
