Ok Fubarians I have a very important Choice to Make and I need some Assistance.

1. I work in the Disaster Restoration Business in Nor Cal. I am looking for Local smaller companies to partner with. I recently left a company that would be excellent to partner with however the person that makes the decisions there is a little shady and I dont trust that he wont try to go in and steal business from my customers. Should I propose a Partnership or Stay away like my gut tells me.

By the way they dont know I left the company to work for a larger competitor. But in this business it is normal for that to happen.
