Preparing for My Move.

mum expired. [EVERYONE]

I'm moving sometime within the year. I was wondering should I take items that have sentimental value (furniture/souvenirs)? One item in particular is a china cabinet that belonged to my parents. I'm not really sure it will fit in with the scheme of my new place but it feels wrong to just throw it away. What should I do?
