I'm having problems with my neighbors. It started out as a few noise complaints from the upstairs neighbor. The manager addressed me about it and I told her I would quiet down.
Since quieting down I'm still getting complaints. Now, from more people and half the time during hours that I'm not even home.
I keep my noise at reasonable levels and normally don't turn my music on at night. I cannot hear my music from across my apartment and I can barely hear my TV. I'm still getting complaints on a daily basis.
It seems my neighbors want it to be either completely silent at night or somebody just wants me kicked out.
The manager suggested I change apartments (within the building at no cost to me). But that seems like a huge hassle. On the other hand, living without my music or my cartoons may just drive me bonkers.
What shall I do about this? |
