So there is this guy at work who constantly annoys me on purpose to get me mad at him and tries to get me in trouble.
he treats me like crap, belittles me, and acts like we (me and the other prep cook) are there to serve him.
he half asses everything he does and then leaves. Once he is gone my manager goes through everything and realizes that the guy left numerous things undone and then blames me for not stopping him, or checking his work. i am NOT a manager, nor do i hold any higher position. i have my own work to do and dont have time to babysit this guy.
Should i waste my time to keep him on track, which would include telling a manager when he isn't doing what he is supposed to be doing, or just let it go and continue to take the fall? |
