I have a friend how was victim of a typhoon last year and just saw some pics of their house. Doors and windows are gone. The roof is leaking, holes all over and can see some places where there is likely mold around.
What is the best thing for them, try to repair or demolish and start all over? They do not have any money to do either one. Anyone knows a charity foundation that could help out in some way? Just getting it fixed would be great. My friend is in the Philippines and trying to make things happen but can't take care of the house, aging parents, a growing daughter and a sister who should be studying in her last year of university since they cannot afford it anymore.
Any suggestions are welcome. |
