Hi, I am a soldier in the US Army currently deployed to the middle east. This place has got to be the worst place on earth!! I am almost done with my 16, yes I said 16 month deployment. I have only had 15 days in the last 15 months to go out and have fun. I am ready to get drunk! My job in the Army is an interesting one. I guess you could say I am a rocket scientist, kinda. I work on PATRIOT missile systems. And no we were not the ones who misfired!! That was our sister unit. So I am in ADA, which stands for Air Defense Artillery, but its better know as Alcoholics Defending America. And they are right to call us that... So yeah, 2 more months and its back to the wonderful USA!! Those of you who have never been to this hellhole are very fortunate!! I have a problem buying movies!! I think I broke the 500 mark on DVDs I own. Right now i am stuck on martial arts, asian imports, and I watch a lot of anime too... but not that hentai shit.

Laid back young kid who recently returned from Iraq with a new perspective. I don't put up with any drama and I make sure to enjoy everything in life. In the 6 months that I got home, I built a custom home, bought a motorcycle, and received my pilots license. Life is too short to get worked up over the negative things. I don't drink, smoke, or do any kind of drugs. Dane Cook says it best when he told everyone that he wants to feel feelings, good or bad, without anything to skew them. That's how I feel. A perfect day for me is a beautiful summer one. When the day is right I take my motorcycle to the airport, fly at least 50 mi away from home, and land someplace where they have a nice restaurant. Those are always the best damn burgers you could ever eat.
