| Alright Ya'll... I have a serious question, so please don't hurt me too bad in cyber land...... I had an issue with my landlord. We made verbal arrangements in MAY for rental money and the fact that I would be gone all summer long. June 27th, she filed eviction papers without givi ng me the benefit of notification. July 17th, she told me that she would drop it all. on July 31st I was "evicted" for lack of appearance at a court date I had no knowledge of. On Aug 2, we made new arrangements but she refused to sign a statement stating that it had been agreed upon that I could keep my apt. Should I pay her, and hope it works or save the money for a new apt and tell her she'll get it.. when she gets it. |
