I needed a co-signer to refinance my house and I asked my brother and he refused, so I asked my mom and she said yes, but then he called me and said he would not allow it, as he's in control of her finances. This really hurt and upset me, I could have ended up homeless in a few months, so my ex husband is co-signing for me. I'm not late and have never been late on my bills. Do you think my brother was unfair? I don't like oweing my ex
