mum expired. [EVERYONE]

My boss is pretty excentric, she yells she gets extrememly emotional. I stay pretty calm. I never react but is a job worth the stress. Shouldn't she be professional. I won't file workmans comp against her though i have every right. ( a demand for a professional work environment). I have approached the higher ups with the issue to speak with her and she calms down for a bit and then is back to being irrational. I get paid well but is it worth the hassle. I can't get hired anywhere. Good resume, excellent work record...any ideas?
