I work for this company and while I love the people I work with, I have a new boss who just expects far too much. Got into work yesterday as per normal and had a bad day, did not leave until 4:15am the following day (today) and he was narky when I did not touch base until 1pm (when I woke up) and while said it was fine to take the rest of the day off...
But, while I am in IT so should not be too hard to find another job, I really only want to stay in the industry that I am in (Computer games publishing) so its a little harder to find another job as you kinda need to wait until you hear someone is looking....so.
Do I stay put for now? |
