mum expired. [EVERYONE]

So a lot of people know that i'm having some minor problems at work. Well they called me in AGAIN tonight. i had already worked this morning. Since they can't seem to survive the day with out me should i ask for a raise or a promotion? And yes, there are others they could call in, but never do, even if they haven't worked that day and i have.
